Japanese Developers

Twin Sun is looking for full-time developers with knowledge of the Japanese language. The primary qualifications for these positions include:

Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English.
Minimum of BSCS or equivalent.
At least two years of school or professional experience with programming under GNU/Linux, UNIX, or Microsoft operating systems.
Fluency in Java, Perl, Python, or C++.
Fundamental understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts and management, including a thorough understanding of TCP/IP.
High level of expertise with UNIX or Microsoft Windows fundamentals, commands and utilities, and distributed workstation computing.
Must be a fast learner and able to work independently.

Expertise in one or more of the following areas is a definite plus:

Familiarity with various Japanese character encoding schemes such as JIS, SJIS, EUC-JP, ISO-2022-JP, and Unicode.
A major RDBMS (e.g. DB2, Informix, Oracle).
